We have been taking holidays with our children in St Mawes for the past 10 years, from the day we arrived we fell in love with the village and the people who live in it. St Mawes is the most magical place in the world !

At every opportunity: winter, summer, spring and autumn; we escape to St Mawes ,whether its for a short break or longer. Our children never want to leave St Mawes, they have such fun and neither do we: it is our haven !  It is the beauty and tranquility of St Mawes that propel us into another world !

At the same time there is so much to see and do on the Roseland Peninsula magnificent  gardens to visit including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, sailing, swimming, beaches, rockpools to explore, the National Maritime Museum Falmouth, the Tate Modern St Ives, St Michaels Mount and so much more... We would be delighted to share our favourite days out with you, your family and friends.

We know that we have some of the best houses in St Mawes with breathtaking sea views.

All of our houses have recently been renovated and refurbished to provide luxurious, contemporary interiors .

We have given careful thought and consideration to what makes a perfect holiday house for family, friends and couples .

Stargazers , Moonrakers and Dreamcatchers  have magnificent gardens for children to run around, explore and have fun in and adults to relax sunbathing or enjoy a barbecue. At Stargazers children can play on the 14ft trampoline with safety net .

All the bedrooms  have en suite bathrooms.

They each have two living rooms with their own HD television and Freesat and DVD player giving adults and children seperate viewing areas and their own space and privacy. 

Wi Fi and Wii are compulsory fixtures for adults and children

Stargazers, Moonrakers and Dreamcatchers each have their own games room with table tennis table .

Shellseekers a two bedroomed house in the centre of the village with its balcony and sea views is the perfect house for everyone who enjoys being footsteps away from the beaches,harbour,ferry to Falmouth ,shops, pubs, park and restaurants !

Concierge Service

We offer a concierge service to all of our guests and would be delighted to  advise you on what to do, where to dine or places to visit .

If you would like us to organise any aspect of your holiday we would be happy to arrange it on your behalf

Relaxation Time For Everyone

In all of our houses by offering our guests the Concierge Service we aim to give you a holiday with as much relaxation time as you can ever dream of...

We know from our own experience that a self catering holiday with children can be a very busy and exciting time with so much to see and do and there may be the odd day or evening where you and your husband would like some "me time " or "together time".

If you and your husband would like a day out to share some special time together or enjoy a night out for dinner we can arrange a babysitter or childminder to take care of the children. Children have lots of fun and laughter with their new companion too !

We know that travelling with babies can be a major upheaval and aim to provide anything from a buggy to a beach ball to reduce the excess baggage ! Just ask us for details on what we can supply and if we havent got what you want we will endeavour to get it !

From delicious home cooked food left in the freezer to a chef cooking you a celebration meal in the comfort of your own home.

A mid holiday clean with fresh towels and bed linen.

For the ultimate relaxation we can arrange a massage or facial, manicure or pedicure by qualified therapists in the privacy of your holiday home.

For a romantic holiday or special occasion we can organise the delivery of a bouquet of flowers, chilled champagne, celebration cake or whatever you wish to mark the event.
