Dreamcatchers is situated on a peaceful footpath terrace less than 200 yards from the waterside above St Mawes.

Dreamcatchers commands magnificent views of St Mawes harbour and St Anthonys headland and westwards out across the broad expense of Falmouth bay to Manacle point and Helford River.

All village ameneties are within 450 yards, 50 yards of which is a steep hill. From the private parking space you access the property via 14 steps.

From the main entrance on the upper floor there is access to a large open plan living room and dining room and kitchen which have magnificent views of the Percuil River Summers Beach St Anthonys headland and lighthouse and out to sea.

The large wooden balcony has a large outdoor dining table and chairs from which guests can sit ,dine , relax.  and enjoy some of the best sea views in St Mawes including watching the sailing races . Dreamcatchers enjoys views of the start and finishing lines of the Sailing club !

A large gas barbecue is positioned on the large decked terrace allowing guests to dine al fresco.

The living room has a large flat screen HD television with DVD, Freesat and broadband. and large comfortable settees.

The dining room has a large table seating 10 guests comfortably.
The living room and dining room  have a high vaulted ceiling and wide wide patio  doors with access on to a full length balcony. The balustrade is purely glass allowing guests to enjoy the view with no interruptions !

Dreamcatchers is the most fabulous house that anyone could ever dream of ... a  luxurious light and airy spacious and modern comfortable family house furnished with interesting paintings, quirky ornaments and most importantly love !

The new kitchen is modern with all new appliances including two double fridge freezers to accommodate enough food for a family holiday , microwave and oven with  hob and dishwasher and coffee machine.

Dreamcatchers boasts two separate lounges which is perfect for parents and children giving everyone their own space and private viewing for films and television and peace and quiet for everyone !!
On the same level is a second lounge area with comfortable seating and a television and DVD .

There is also a separate games room which has a table and chairs for playing board games and funky bean bags for chilling out on , perfect for rainy days or simply having fun !!!
Off the hall is a cloakroom with toilet and basin and shower.

On the ground floor downstairs are the 4 bedrooms with their own Villeroy and Boch bathrooms ensuite. 

There are two master bedrooms which are both  light and spacious and have the most amazing open plan bathroom with gorgeous free standing baths from which guests can lie and relax and soak up the views ! Large bifold doors extend the full width of the room and  open on to a decking with fabulous water views from indoors and on the balcony. A pure glass balustrade ensures the view is unobstructed.

One of the master bedrooms has a 6ft bed in the bedroom which can be split in to two 3ft beds and  has its own ensuite with a bath and shower. The toilet is located in the bedroom in a separate room with door for complete privacy

The second master bedroom  has a  6ft bed and freestanding bath. The toilet is a separate room with door and own basin and mirror located in the bedroom giving guests privacy.
 

Both master bedrooms have stunning 180 degree sea views and lead on to a wonderful wooden decked area.

The third bedroom has a shower en suite and views of the sea from the side window and a comfortable window seat with cushion for guests to sit and relax ,read a book and enjoy the views.

The fourth bedroom has a 6ft bed which can be split in two to make two 3ft beds. The bedroom has its own  bath and shower ensuite with a television for the ultimate relaxation in the bath !

The garden is south facing and a wide expense of beautiful fresh grass and offers privacy and views of the sea and boats sailing by.
